Fees Structure – Two Oceans Leadership Academy

Tuition Policy for 2022

Application Fee: An application fee of R200 per applicant must be paid before applying and proof of payment must be presented upon submission. Please note that the application fee is non-refundable.
Registration Fee: A registration fee of R550 per learner must be paid on provisional acceptance in order to secure the learner’s placement at the school. Please note that the registration fee is non-refundable.
Official acceptance: The first fees instalment of R2987.50 as well as a textbook levy of R500 should be paid in upon official acceptance.
School Fee: All school fees must be paid via EFT. Upon provisional acceptance a Two Oceans Leadership Academy Mandate must be completed and returned before the leader commences their academic year. The Two Oceans Leadership Academy school fees for 2022 is R 29 850.00 for the year, equating to R 2 487.50 per month over 12 months. Annual Fees are payable by the end of November 2021. Bi-annual payments of R 14 292 should be paid by the 1st December 2021 and 1st May 2022 respectively. Quarterly Payments of R 7 462.50 should be paid by the 1st December, 1st March, 1st June and 1st September respectively. Monthly payments of R 2 487.50 should be paid every month from 1st December.
Discounts: A once-off discount of R660 will be granted to parents who wish to settle their annual fees in full. The discount fee is only valid for parents that settle by the 1st January 2022. A once-off discount of R500.00 will be provided for any sibling/s registered at the school in a lower grade.
Aftercare Fee: An application form must be completed for all leaders who wish to enroll into the aftercare programme.
Penalties: A penalty of R50 will be charged for returned debit orders.
