In each Montessori class we try to ensure there is an assistant to assist the directress facilitate and maintain any duties to laid out for them and to bring extra love and care to the children. Ms Hendricks gives love and understanding to ensure the leaders are always feeling comfortable and safe at school.
Ms Fatima Hendricks, is one of our dedicated Montessori educator assistants, helping with the day-to-day activities inside the classroom. Our assistants are either qualified or working towards a qualification in the field of education. The assistants provide support, administration and a clean environment for the leaders of the Two Oceans Leadership Academy.
