One of our educators who teaches her class all the fundamentals that need to be taught as prescribed by the WCED curriculum. She has a very soft yet stern approach to teaching her leaders and carries an inclusive mind set into her class and lessons.
Our intermediate (grade 4-6) phase educators like Ms Saarah Jabaar, will introduce and teach with a more technical and academic skills focus. Our leaders are taught how to use their previous knowledge to learn new concepts. They are encouraged to work independently and develop their skills while still being guided by the educator to teach and instruct them.
